Getting started is simple and we'll be with you every step of the way. Here's what to expect before your dog's first visit.

We take onboarding seriously, not because it's complicated, but because getting to know your dog is how we keep every guest safe and happy from day one.
Schedule a free visit to see our sleep area and kennels, meet our team, and ask anything. For safety reasons, we can't allow visitors into the play yards while dogs are present.
A quick enrollment form with your dog's details, vet info, and any special needs. It helps our staff prepare to give your dog the right care from the start. Takes about 5 minutes.
A gentle, supervised meet-and-greet where our experienced team evaluates your dog's comfort level, play style, and personality, so we can place them in the safest, most compatible group.
Drop them off and breathe easy. Our team will personally transition your dog into their group, and you'll get webcam access so you can check in anytime throughout the day.
These requirements exist to protect your dog. Every guest meets the same standards so you can feel confident about who they're sharing space with.

We know the first day can feel nerve-wracking, for you and your pup. Here's how we make it great:
Your dog starts with a calm introduction in a quiet space, away from the main play area. Once they're comfortable, our team introduces them to a small, compatible group with a dedicated handler staying close the entire time.
Most dogs warm up within the first 30 minutes. By the end of the day, they're tired, happy, and ready to come back. You'll have webcam access the entire time, so you don't have to wonder how it's going.
And if the first day needs to be shorter, that's completely fine. We adjust to your dog's comfort level, not the other way around.

That's completely normal, most of our pups start as first-timers! We do a gentle, one-on-one introduction on their first day. They'll meet a small group of compatible dogs at their own pace, with a dedicated caregiver nearby the whole time. Most dogs settle in within the first 30 minutes.
We run three play groups — Large, Medium, and Tinies — and dogs are grouped by size and temperament. Groups range from 5 to 30 dogs depending on the day, with the mix varying as dogs rotate in and out. Group assignments are determined daily by our handlers and management based on who's here and how they interact. If a dog needs a break, they always have access to quiet rest areas.
Absolutely! We have 7 live webcams, 3 indoor and 4 outdoor, streaming all day. You can watch from your phone, tablet, or computer anytime. It's one of the things our families love most.
We require rabies, distemper/parvo (DHPP), and bordetella (updated every 6 months). Canine influenza is strongly recommended. We also ask that all dogs be current on flea/tick prevention. These requirements keep every dog in our care safe and healthy.
It happens, and it's okay! Some dogs need a few visits to feel at home. For dogs that need more space, we have a Rotation Suite with its own indoor and outdoor area. Dogs in rotation also get access to the main play yards three times a day for one-on-one time with a handler during other dogs' break and meal times. If daycare truly isn't the right fit, we'll be honest about it and suggest alternatives — your dog's wellbeing always comes first.
Yes, our team can administer oral medications during your dog's stay. Just let us know the details on your enrollment form, and we'll make sure it's handled on schedule.
