Check-in is anytime during our regular business hours. Check-out is by 12:00 PM on departure day. Late check-outs after 12 PM may incur a half-day daycare charge.
Absolutely! Dogs from the same family can share a suite, and you'll even get a discount on the second and third dogs. We have larger suites specifically for multi-dog families.
We'll contact you immediately if anything seems off. For emergencies, we have relationships with local veterinary clinics and will seek care with your authorization.

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Holiday reservations require 7 days notice. Cancellations without proper notice may be subject to a fee.
