Webcams are live during our business hours when dogs are actively playing. During rest periods, you may see an empty play area, that just means the dogs are taking their well-deserved naps!
Our play areas are large, so dogs may be just out of camera view. They also rotate between indoor and outdoor areas and take nap breaks. Try checking both cameras and refreshing periodically.
The webcams are video-only. Given the nature of a playful dog pack, the audio would mostly be happy barking!
Yes! The webcams work on any device with a web browser, smartphones, tablets, and computers. No app download required.
We maintain security recordings for safety purposes, but we don't provide recordings to pet parents. The live webcams are for real-time viewing only.
